Juan Carlos González is a lifelong Oregonian serving Greater Portland as an elected representative on the Oregon Metro Council. Juan Carlos earned his Bachelors in Government and Economics from Georgetown in 2015, and dedicates his time and energy to initiatives that address systemic poverty throughout Oregon. Juan Carlos is deeply committed to working with private, public and non-profit partners to advance social and racial justice. In his free time, Juan Carlos enjoys exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and trying new food.
